Agreement for Services • 2026

1. Scope of Services

ALL THE ABOVE CLEANING agrees to provide professional cleaning services as described in the service quote provided to the client. We offer Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Move In/Out cleaning packages. Our team follows a strict checklist to ensure top-to-bottom quality.

2. Payments & Fees

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments. Please note:

  • Quotes are estimates and may be subject to change based on the actual condition of the home.
  • Late payments may incur a professional administrative fee.
  • Refunds are not provided, but we stand by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

3. Cancellation Policy

We value our team's time and our clients' schedules. To maintain efficiency, we require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • If our team is unable to access the home at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.

4. Liability & Insurance

We are a fully insured and bonded professional cleaning company. While we treat your home with the utmost care, ALL THE ABOVE CLEANING is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage (e.g., loose fixtures, worn flooring).
  • Damage caused by specific cleaning products requested by the client that are not part of our standard professional-grade inventory.
  • Loss of value for sentimental items that are not properly secured.

5. Home Access

Clients may provide access via a spare key, garage code, or by being present at the home. All keys are stored securely in our professional key management system. We respect your privacy and will only access areas of the home designated for cleaning.

By booking a service with ALL THE ABOVE CLEANING, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
